Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the services of Ambience Remodeling LLC (referred to as “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

  • Estimate or Quote means a preliminary price provided by the Company for potential work, which may change upon inspection or agreement.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

If you access or use our Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Services Provided

Ambience Remodeling LLC provides remodeling, renovation, and related home improvement services.

All work is performed based on an approved estimate, contract, or written agreement between you and the Company.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time, provided that doing so does not violate applicable law.

4. Estimates and Payments

  • Estimates are provided free of charge unless otherwise specified.
  • All prices are subject to change based on scope, material costs, or unforeseen circumstances discovered during the project.
  • A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required before work begins.
  • Payment terms, including deposits, progress payments, and final balances, will be outlined in your project contract or invoice.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees as permitted by law.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

The Company reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, material delays, or emergencies.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding the project and site conditions.
  • Ensure safe and timely access to the property during scheduled work hours.
  • Notify us promptly of any concerns, defects, or changes you wish to make.

We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccessibility, unprepared sites, or inaccurate information provided by the client.

7. Warranties and Liability

We aim to deliver high-quality craftsmanship and service.

However, to the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our work may include a limited warranty for a specified period, as stated in your contract or invoice.
  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of property use, lost profits, or delays.
  • You agree that our total liability under any contract or claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the related service.

8. Materials and Property

All materials purchased or supplied by Ambience Remodeling LLC remain the property of the Company until paid in full.

You are responsible for protecting your property and belongings during the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Termination of Service

We may terminate or suspend service immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including:

  • Violation of these Terms;
  • Non-payment;
  • Unsafe working conditions; or
  • Misuse or damage to Company property or materials.

Upon termination, all unpaid amounts become due immediately.

10. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

Our Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

  • The accuracy or completeness of information provided;
  • The performance or reliability of the Service;
  • The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first to try to resolve it informally.

If we cannot resolve the issue, disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable Texas state and U.S. federal laws.

13. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to reflect the parties’ intent, while the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

The failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you prior to them taking effect.

By continuing to use the Service after revisions are made, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
